I teach Zumba on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:00 pm. I started taking Zumba classes 4 years ago here at The Gym at Eldorado. I loved Zumba so much that I decided to pursue my passion for Zumba by becoming an instructor in 2012. I realized how much more fun and exciting fitness can be. I like to bring more Latin flavor to my classes. Zumba is all about letting go and losing yourself in the music and rhythm. I love my Zumba family! Come join us and dance like no one I watching.

In 2001, Jodie began a self-study of asana (yoga postures) in an effort to maintain flexibility, little knowing to what or where the path of her yoga journey would lead. Shortly after completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in general hatha yoga in 2011, she moved to Santa Fe where she began a gradual transition into a teaching role, primarily in slower, gentler forms of yoga. Jodie’s classes provide a focus on safety, strength and flexibility with an inward, non-judgmental attention to the body. Classes end with relaxation and meditation, sending the student out the door feeling de-stressed and more tranquil. Jodie and her husband enjoy cooking, hiking, bicycling, and exploring the Southwest.
